Interview with Johan
Have you worked as a photographer for long?
A few years now. After school I started out with portraits, that's what they trained us for mainly. There just wasn't enough money in it to make a living. Not even a modest one. So I moved on to nudes. At first I was really crap at it. Not technically speaking, but I worked hard at getting out the girls personality. Just doing nude portraits really. And the market I was aiming for wanted wanking off material, not the Mona Lisa, if you know what I mean.
But eventually you got the hang of erotic photography?
A friend of mine, a colleague, actually, suggested I try a hardcore shoot to get out of the portrait mindframe. That seemed a bit steep to me so I set up a lesbian shoot.
And how did that go?
It went really well, in so far as I got totally into taking hot nudes after that. And it was really hot watching the two girls go at it. I don't think that first lesbian shoot resulted in very good pictures though.
So there were more lesbian shoots later?
Yeah. First it started out with some girls masturbating in the shoots. One of my customers asked for it, so I gave it a try. And again I had a learning prosess to go through. The first couple of shoots I got really into the girls and in some of the photos you can even see my hand helping the model with the dildo. It was just terrible. But I got better at that too. And then came the lesbian stuff, and I got pretty good at that after some time. Well, at least decent.
And then you started doing feet?
Yes, pretty much. There was a transition, though. Masturbation and nudes, lesbians, stockings and then feet. I still do the other stuff, but when I started taking pictures of feet, it was like I'd found my calling. I just love it. Sensual, sexy, slutty, messy and dirty feet in beautiful surroundings are the best pictures I take.
So we can hope to see more of your work at Mad Splatters?
Definately. I'm getting paid for my favorite hobby!
